Mountain Talk: Nervous System Reset and Guided Breathwork
In this Mountain Talk, we’ll explore how the breath can be used as a simple, accessible tool to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. Participants will learn the fundamentals of breath-based regulation and experience a guided practice they can use in their daily lives. This session is designed to be practical and experiential, offering tools to support focus, resilience, and overall well-being.

Joe Mirarchi ’15 is the founder of The Clear Path, a breath-led approach to nervous system regulation and integration. His work blends somatic breathwork, meditation, and practical tools to help individuals reduce stress, improve clarity, and build resilience.
After working in education and later in tech and startup environments, Mirarchi experienced firsthand the effects of sustained stress and burnout — shaping his focus on helping others restore their nervous system and reconnect with deeper clarity and guidance.
Today, he works with therapists, practitioners, and high-performing individuals, bridging modern neuroscience with contemplative practices to offer simple, repeatable tools for lasting change.
