About the Event

Join us in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with Lehigh in Action!

Join Tree Pittsburgh and the Tree Adoption Team to help create protection for trees adopted out from our Heritage Nursery!

Together, we will cut plastic mesh and weed-blocking paper to get these new trees set up for success. We'll also prepare trees for delivery to local tree planting and adoption events.

Sign up today, and make a meaningful impact in our community!

Participants should be age 12+ (for ages 12-18, it would be helpful to know if they are attending to make sure there are appropriate tasks for them to do, and they must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event).

New to volunteering with Tree Pittsburgh? All new volunteers must complete a Volunteer Agreement Form before their first event with us.

Attire: You'll need to wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and clothes that you won't mind getting dirty.

Lehigh T-shirts will be provided for you to wear during the event. Please be sure to tell us your T-shirt size when you register.

Alumni Host: Liz Lenthe ’12
