About the Event

Enjoy a memorable evening of camaraderie and fun during a casual dinner at Public School 310. This event will include appetizers, selected entrees, and lively conversation with members of the Lehigh community. It is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new connections.

Dinner will feature a prix-fixe menu, beginning with Parmesan truffle fries for the table and a Caesar salad, followed by your choice of one of the following entrées:

Steak & Frites
Skirt steak served with frites, chimichurri sauce, and peppercorn sauce

Old School Salmon
Salmon filet with white rice, asparagus, and butter wine sauce

Grilled Veggie Plate
Grilled asparagus, steamed spinach, herb jasmine rice, potatoes, grilled red peppers, carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, onion, chimichurri, marinara sauce

Fried Chicken Bowl
A hearty vegetable blend with black beans, corn salsa, cucumber, pickled onions, pickled carrots, fried chicken, avocado, white cheddar cheese, crispy tortilla strips, and lime crema
